Why is the book so expensive?

The original Beyond Counting sold on ebay for hundreds of dollars. This book has over 400 pages of more information (total of 700 pages), is updated, and is more accurate. Individual chapters in this book will be worth thousands of dollars to the skilled professional and easily should cover the cost for an amateur. We think it is a deal.

Will there be a softcover?

We initially planned to offer a softcover, but this publishing thing is time consuming. Honestly, we probably won't get around to it.

What does Exhibit CAA mean?

When author James Grosjean sued Caesars Palace (and won a judgment), the entire book Beyond Counting was introduced as the defendant's (Caesars) first exhibit, AA.
