book order

i ordered the beyond counting book on june 20, and have not received it. i did not receive any emails or credits either. i have sent a couple of emails with no response. i just recently read some posts on the forum about this issue, but everything that they said would happen didn't. it said if the book hadn't been shipped within a certain amount of days my account would be credited, but as i said earlier, i haven't received any credits. can someone let me know what to do about this? i don't mean to be a bother, i would just like the book, or my account credited if the book is not available right now. thanks.

Our records show that your credit card was credited weeks ago, well before your posting, and a comment was entered onto that transaction. Perhaps you should check again.
